Personality: Outgoing and free spirited, mostly always has a smile on her face. It's very rare to see her in a bad mood, however that is due mostly to her ability to keep such things hidden from her expressions. She hates seeing people suffer, though she's not one to intervene when someone is being bullied, rather she would approach the victim and attempt to help them back up.

History: Jackie was born into a relatively wealthy family, though she would never know it. Her parents were killed shortly after her birth by an organized crime ring who her father had learned about and found enough proof of their activities to bring them down. While in the hospital, her mother was killed by a hitman who disguised himself as one of the nurses and injected a near untraceable poison into her IV. Within days of his wife's death, Mr. Skinner was gunned down on his way home from the funeral. The killer was never caught. Jackie was left alive and put into the care of distant relatives where she grew up not knowing that the ones raising her weren't her true parents. In light of this she lead a happy life, plenty of friends and she climbed the social ranks to become among one of the most popular girls in school. She learned how to surf when she was 13 years old and has been surfing as often as she could. The summer before she was to graduate high school she got a job at a store selling surfing gear and clothing to tourists. Now she's set to graduate, her time and thoughts are going towards college and how she was going to pay for it since her foster parents weren't as well off as her and have yet to tell her of her inheritance from her late parents.
